The annual Holiday Faire kicks off in style this November 22nd
The Campbell River Art Gallery’s much anticipated Holiday Faire returns on November 22nd with an afternoon of seasonal sips and shopping dubbed the ‘Cozy Kick-off!’ Happening from 3pm-7pm, the gallery will be serving up mulled wine and hot apple cider for guests to enjoy as they get first access to the Holiday Faire.
“We can’t wait to welcome everyone back to our annual Holiday Faire, this event is a fabulous showcase of the artistic talent from our Vancouver Island community,” says Sara Lopez Assu, Executive Director of the Campbell River Art Gallery. “This is a great opportunity for people to find unique gifts and perhaps discover a new favourite local artisan.”
As always the faire will feature a collection of locally produced artisan goods, as well as high-quality fine art from professional and emerging Vancouver Island Artists. Expect works from Perrin Sparks, Elk and Cove Jewelry, Ramona Gregory Art, Joie Jewelry and Island Time Soaps to name a few. Proceeds from the Holiday Faire are shared between the artists and the gallery. In addition to the Holiday Faire artisans, the gallery shop will be restocked with all your favourite vendors, and members get 10% off*.
“We have been hard at work in the Gallery Shop, curating a varied cross section of fine art, locally produced goods and products made by local artisans.” Says Yuma Bailey, Gallery Shop Manager. “This year is going to be the best Holiday Faire yet!”
To keep the kids busy while you browse for goodies, our side gallery will feature kids craft activities and classic holiday movies!
The Holiday Faire will run from November 22nd – December 23rd with the gallery open for its seasonal hours Monday – Saturday 10am-5pm.
