Johann Wieghardt ~ Artist Talk & Closing
Friday, Sept 17, 7:30pm at the Gallery

Join us to gain a deeper perspective on Johann Wieghardt and his work, in the exhibition Sailing the Forbidden Seas. Wieghardt’s mixed media sculptures and paintings pay homage to his romance with the era of sailing ships and pirates. His work also dips into the unsavoury aspects of European exploration. Wieghardt’s quirky humour and prolific skill in a variety of mediums are captivating. Refreshments will be served.

Rick Cepella ~ Artist Talk & Opening
Friday, Sept 24, 7:30pm at the Gallery

Rick Cepella will give a slide presentation showing the many fabulous BC landscapes that have inspired the paintings in his exhibition Expressing a Landscape. Join us to meet the artist and hear about his work. Refreshments will be served. Cepella will follow his opening with a two-day, weekend painting workshop Sept 25 & 26. Please see our Fall programs schedule for more details.
