Sandra Lamb

Sandra Lamb drew from the time she could hold a crayon and started formal art lessons in Calgary at age 12, when Marion Baker taught her about oil painting and chalk pastels. Later, Dick van den Hoogan introduced her to portraiture. An apprenticeship in advertising production taught her about design, paste-up, industrial photography and printing.

Sandra has won awards for her pastels, exhibited in group and solo shows, and illustrated three children’s books. She continues to explore fine art mediums and teaches a variety of classes at the Campbell River Art Gallery.
